No where close to where we used to be. Just hit smoked and dead last at Nationals in the 4 x 4. Looked terrible. Handoffs sucked too.

Program needs an overhaul. Far cry from the past

Not the 400, but Trayvon Bromell beat Noah Nyles this weekend in the 100 at Diamond League. Coming off two achiles surgeries now at the age of 30...pretty impressive that he can still do it!
