Not a surprise. The Austin DA, Garza, is another Soros-funded socialist nutjob who ran a campaign that was based on prosecuting police officers, and not prosecuting drug crimes. He's indicted 9 police officers in his year in office, but lets this criminal go free (a decision that the Police Chief publicly berated him for). Apparently, this guy was a member of the shooter's gang, and instigated the fight.
