I have had many bouts of COVID. It usually hits just after mowing.

Covid gave me the worst heartburn ever.

Slightly off topic but Heath related, I feel nervous all the time. Sometimes I won't be thinking about anything and I get this sense of impending doom with loads of adrenaline for no reason. Is anyone here knowledge about what could be causing that?
