Just FYI... this drag show was specifically organized and designed to be for children. It was marketed as an event for kids. It was a strip tease, and the kids were encouraged to put dollar bills in the thongs of the men that were dancing for them. Completely outrageous and disgusting... and yet the media is more interested in the protestors and portraying them as the bad guys.
I agree... the parents were insane to take their kids to this event. Even worse to encourage it and give their kids money to give to the strip tease dancers. Gross.
I bet if this had been a normal strip bar, the parents would have been arrested and the kids taken into CPS custody.

but when is the last time you saw a Christian celebrate the crusades or witch burning? Also, the crusades happened hundreds of years ago, so that is hardly relevant.

Just FYI... this drag show was specifically organized and designed to be for children. It was marketed as an event for kids. It was a strip tease, and the kids were encouraged to put dollar bills in the thongs of the men that were dancing for them. Completely outrageous and disgusting... and yet the media is more interested in the protestors and portraying them as the bad guys.

1. The women are wearing what you would see at the beach, hotel pool, even a neighborhood pool.
2. The kids are being taught the middle finger is ok and that cussing is ok which I don't agree with.
3. As others have pointed out- there are no media sites that are promoting this. There are no flyers on social media, being hung up around town, etc. that support it, encourage it, etc.
4. There are no media, politicians, celebrities, etc. talking about how if you don't support this then you are the problem
5. You found one photo of one family to counter the literally hundreds (if not thousands) of events going on this month pushing this stuff on kids.
6. There are no CHILDREN'S BOOKS about half naked females
7. There are no Female Stripper Story Hours at the Library

We are not talking about which sin is worse or some nonsense like that... ALL sin is bad... ALL SIN. If someone is choosing to be proud of their sin and identifies themselves by their sin... then they have a really bad problem there.
As a society, we are choosing to celebrate certain sins, and even claim that they are good. THIS is a really, really horrifying situation for our nation.
But even outside of theology & religion, there are social and scientific/medical reasons why all of this is very bad for our nation... as Timbear points out. Life expectancy, suicide, etc.

There are plenty who are saying that the event was "not so bad" and "voluntary" and other defenses... but I've not seen any that have said what you just said... so yeah... they are all freaks.
Appeasing these freaks has actually lead others to believe that mutilating the human body in irreversible ways is a proper response to the mental illness of gender dysphoria. Trying to normalize this stuff is leading to immeasurable harm... so it's time to just call a freak, a freak.
