He was able to beat out his competition. Truly a stroke of genius.
Because the people who run the media are twisted degenerates and see nothing wrong with his actions.

Just remember some 20-something lost their job or getting into college because they tweeted a bad word at age 14....
Everyone has pulled a boner and hopes society will be kind enough to rub it out. Sure, you could just toss off people like Toobin, prematurely, but isn't it better to let the guy get back in the motion, really get his hands dirty, and try to recover? Regardless, I'm sure this kind of helping hand from CNN will be overwhelming and Toobin will be needing tissues.
