There is certainly that and the question of what possible legitimate reason could there be to set up that kind of complex web just to receive payments if the payments are truly remittances for legal services rendered and/or legal products delivered?? And by the way, exactly what legal service(s) and or product(s) were rendered or delivered to these foreign entities?? On the other hand this type of structure is clearly consistent with classic money laundering/ racketeering schemes designed to cover up illicit, illegal activity and to hide income from the IRS.
