The 3 ballots I had mailed to my house suggest you're not right. Amazing how people are like "yeah, that outcome probably was accurate" lol

Useless eaters as they called them in man in the high castle
But, if you returned all of them, only one would count, just as, if you show in person to vote more than once, you will not be allowed, because they check you off the roll.

Ops. They were to 3 different people. Lol

For that to work, you'd have to hope those people did not vote and that you knew how to match their signatures.

Just because you voted 3 times for Trump, doesn't mean others did or had the opportunity.
My 80+ year old mother, in Waco Tx, was hounded by the Stacey Abrams campaign to register to vote in GA. Would not leave her alone.

Dem activists do not care if you are eligible, already registered, or living on the planet Mars. If they think you will vote for them, they will register you and get a ballot in your hands.

Was she eligible? Was she on the rolls, own property or fail to inform State she moved?

There has to be a path to register, you can't just call someone in TX and say vote in GA. I would bet she was still on voter rolls. These databases are not all linked. FL & GA have good interoperability, but I know FL and TX don't. We deal with DMV all the time. If they are calling, she is showing up on some roll somewhere in GA.

Yes, they are persistent. That is part of their job, to find eligible votes that may not aware. That is not fraud or illegal if she is on a roll. I would bet she was on a legitimate roll and needed to be removed.

Born & lived in Waco Tx for her entire life. Other than a driving vacation to DC we took when I was a kid, has never been to Georgia. If she'd have asked for a voter registration form, she woulda got one. And if she voted, it woulda counted. All she had to do is put in some fake address.

I'm gonna say this again. Democrats do not think like you or I. They do not give rat's fanny whether the name on the list is an eligible voter or not. If they think you are going to vote D, they are going to register you. You will vote somewhere. And if you vote twice or more times, well that's not their problem.

The Chairman of the Dem party in Waco stood in her restaurant next to a table of patrons discussing voter registration of Baylor Students back during the Beto campaign (which was laser focused on college campuses). My friend asked her "so how do you know whether nor not those Baylor kids are registered to vote in the county where they came from?" She responded " not my problem. My job is to register them here, so they can vote here. If they vote at home instead....fine. They voted." So my friend asked, "aren't you worried that they might vote both places?" She said "not my problem."

You cannot trust someone who believes in systemic oppression to fairly administer the parts of the system they control. They will abuse the system to achieve what they perceive to be "justice." In fact, they believe to be a moral duty.

And that includes contriving reasons to prosecute their political opponents, too......

Exactly. If you are being contacted, than you are on some eligible voter roll. It may be in error, it may be outdated, it may be a loophole like attending school. But, they are not picking random people to ask to vote in other States, for no other reason that it is too trackable.

Some of the errors I have seen in tolling and DMV databases could be that you and your Dad had the same name and if you were stationed in GA for the military or lived there they are mixing them up. A company that you or she worked for is in GA and they have an error in home of record.

It may sound cold, but it is up to the individual to decide what State to vote in if they are attending school in another state. A person knows they voted in both places.

Sorry, if someone is calling repeatedly, you need to make some calls.

The use of metaphor and hyperbole is something that Trump doesn't get will be used as a literal translation in minutes or transcripts. This gets him in trouble. He needs to at least back it up with a "just joking" or some qualifier. I think that is one of the differences between a pro and amateur.

It's convenient to your bias to think so, but pretty stupid to lump, what, 30 million or so voters into one ass-hat assumption like that.

But I get it. It would be unpleasant to consider that there might be a valid reason Trump's base is sticking to him.

The good news is, if and when you get there, you can better understand what the mini-candidates in the GOP should be doing, if they really want to win.

Ah, context.

Just so you know, the people laughing were because they understood Trump was using hyperbole in a joke, not because they approved of shooting.

Don't let that get in the way of your lynch party, though.

Do you do you think I took his quote literally?

It's obvious the shooting reference was a joke…but the bigger picture of his statement was accurate. It doesn't matter what he does or what he says.....the MAGA faithful are ride or die with him.

Do you think Trump is capable of winning another general election?

"Trump was spot on when he said he could stand in the middle of 5th avenue and shoot someone and not lose any votes."

Link proving he actually said that, please.

Maybe, maybe not. My point is that there is a path for DeSantis, Ramaswamy or Scott, but so far they are missing it.

Trump self reports height and weight at 6' 3" and 215 lbs.

Same measurements as Lamar Jackson.
