Not sure how a reasonable person thinks this could be prosecuted. It is from the diary of a 42 year old woman, writing about things that happened over 30 years ago. There is no actual physical proof, there is nothing to charge, you can't file charges against entries in a journal, there is no way to prosecute here.
But, far right bastions such as Newsweek and Snopes have confirmed this is the legitimate diary as has Ashley herself. Biden is an old school perv, who has been inappropriate with women more recently than this.
Lucy Flores, Amy Lappos, D.J. Hill, Caitlyn Casruso, Ally Coll, Sofia Karasek, Vail Kohnert Yount, and Tara Reade at the very least have pointed to abuses of some level. That doesn't include the long list of children, especially young girls, and other young women who he seems to think he has the right to put his hands on them, who never filed any type of complaint.
Obviously both people running for president aren't good people. Both are abusive and both had classified documents stored where they weren't supposed to be.
