Russia's oil pipeline was blown up with nobody claiming responsibility

NK and Iran have had several "accidents" at their rocket and nuclear facilities killing several scientists and engineers over the years. They are only described as accidents.

I'm sure implied messages were understood in some of these events.

How much of this crash was weather related, we citizens don't know. I'm sure some Iranians, Israelis and Americans already know if the weather was the major co tribute group factor.
oh look, the North Koreans had another accident. This time they lost a spy satellite.

What a shame. Probably weather related.
