That's the whole point, genius - she wasn't/isn't qualified and that doesn't matter and is a minimal consideration if it's a consideration at all in the world of DEI / Identity politics. What you are, meaning what superficial boxes you check such as race, gender, sexual preference, etc. - is what really counts versus actual qualifications and merit. And it's a big reason why virtually everything this regime has put its hands on has turned to crap or has gotten totally screwed up.
