Yeah, I kinda think a justice that has no clue what a woman is should probably recuse herself from a gender/ transgender case. I have noticed in the last couple of weeks that Ketanji-Brown is much like Kamala. She can speak for ten minutes and say nothing. Word salad 2.0.Harrison Bergeron said:

All kidding and silly politics aside, it does show how populating key positions with Didn't Earn Its is doing long-term damage to the country and culture, depleting the quality of intellect and character.
What is saddest is that these two were picked to begin with.

T to get us correct but it was also identity politics. There were, no doubt, plenty of white Marxist activists to choose from but Obama & Biden chose a white woman, a Latina, & a black woman instead. Funny that I have not seen such silly quotes from Elena Kagan in recent years. She probably has had a few, as we all do, but she does not provide the highly charged idiotic quotes that get widely reported, at least in some circles.
