Seems like a pertinent topic. A couple of points to consider:

1) Are yyou happy with your current Healthcare/Insurance

2)If so , why? If not why not?

3) Anyone have solutions if unhappy or solutions that could make it better for consumers.

It is interesting to see more and more older Americans move to Europe for the lower cost of living and far cheaper health care.

Have a family of 4 kids. Wife is a teacher, so her's is subsidized, so she has it on her only. I am self-employed.

We have never had health insurance on me or the kids except 1 year... self pay for the rest for the past 25 years.

I figure I'm ahead over $250,000. But we've been fortunate with good health. To me, its a scam. One day when the kids are all gone I'll sign up I guess.

anyone know why we have to buy insurance from state arms of the Insurance companies? Ie. BCBST. never knew the reason for this. Seems as though it limits competition. nah, couldn't be
