We should all hope that the US-Russia turns into some form of dependent partnership. Hate to say it but I would take Putin over Zelenskyy any day. Putin has cards to play, Zelenskyy is just a beggar begging in the street!

The Kremlin has advised Russian state-aligned media outlets to avoid excessive praise of US President Donald Trump, instead directing attention towards President Vladimir Putin's diplomatic skills.

According to the independent Russian media organisation Verstka, media leaders have been urged to maintain a cautious and balanced tone amidst the recent improvement in US-Russia relations and the possibility of a ceasefire in Ukraine. The directive is intended to prevent overly favourable coverage of Trump in case negotiations between the two countries fail.

According to Verstka, the increase in positive coverage of relations with the US has led to significantly fewer references to Russia's strategic partnership with China. In recent years, state media have strongly emphasised Moscow's alignment with Beijing, portraying China as a crucial counterweight to Western influence. However, since the renewed engagement with Washington, coverage has shifted to present Russia as an independent diplomatic power rather than a junior partner seeking Chinese support.

That last sentence is telling. Putin wants to be treated as a big dog rather than a junior. US economic interests in Ukraine and Russia would have made peace a much more likely outcome, and both countries get to remain better off and relevant. I mean the only way the West will not fear Russia is if they bend the knee to the globo-homo (globalist) establishment. That is why the West wants to prolong this war, because Peace isn't the real objective.

I honestly don't know if Trump will make it through his term. Corrupt Ukrainians want him dead, Every trans grooming Progressive want him dead, US establishment wants him dead, Iranians want him dead, and the cartels want him dead. God help him stay alive.

The way I see it, Russia and the USA have been nearly totally alienated for years. That gives neither party much ammunition to hold the other's feet to the fire.

Some sort of financial co-dependence, lets us say, 'whoa there Mr Putin, stop what you are doing' without a single extra boot on the ground. That sounds very Trump-like to me
