Possibly the arsonist didn't like Jews ?

Hopefully the suspect will confess his motives.

Suspect is Cody Balmer and he had previously expressed hatred towards Democrats and the Democratic party. We'll be hearing about this story for a while and it won't be buried like some of the other ones (where the motive of the suspect was on the other side of the political spectrum).

Right wing extremist. Get used to hearing that phrase the next few weeks, and get ready for the Dems to try and capitalize on same.

What an idiot.

Which of "the other ones" have been buried?

Dude seems to have been a nut job -- his mom said he suffered from mental illness and was off his meds -- and nut jobs come from all political persuasions. Apparently he called his ex and asked that she report the event and that he had done it. Then he turned himself in. Hopefully he is indeed the perp and, if so, off the streets for a long time. Glad that Gov. Shapiro and his family and staff are all OK.

The issue here shouldn't be banning molotov cocktails (or any other weapon), "libs," RWNJs, the MSM or anything of the like. The issue is mental illness, and it is widespread in our country.

It's long past time to have serious discussions about it.

Tennessee trans terrorist is the first that comes to mind. The congressional baseball shooter's motives were ignored once his leanings came out.

Is this when we pretend that any reporting that happened at all means the mainstream media didn't drop the story as fast as they could once the motives were revealed?

Again, the issue here isn't "the MSM," but I'll address a couple of your examples. First the Nashville shooter's agenda. I don't know why the Nashville police didn't just read some thread you linked, but they advised not rushing to judgment as to motive. They conducted an investigation. When they gave the results -- which didn't jibe with your own extensive research -- you dismissed it and claimed that CNN had zero credibility for simply reporting what was said.

As to the Congressional softball shooter, I have no clue what you're talking about. Every report I read/saw noted the gunman was a left-wing extremist who, before he started shooting, asked if the players were Republicans.

Beyond that, you seem obsessed with murderous transgenders. Keep up your sleuthing. Maybe you'll end up in a scholarly work or somesuch.

Anyone who sets fire to a house with a family inside is performing a heinous criminal act. No hate crime law or righteous frenzy needed. Max penalty for the one found guilty of multiple attempted murders.

You missed a couple key facts in your attempt explain away the Nashville terrorist. It was over 6 months before her manifesto was leaked. It was not my research, it was actually leaked to the public. The Nashville police hid that manifesto from the media. Then, when we saw the manifesto it was rife with hate for Christians and conservatives. Then we hear nothing until very recently when they tried to claim her motives were simply fame, and that she loved the school and identified with the kids that go there. The same kids she murdered. Now we have simpletons eating that lie up as if her manifesto wasn't already leaked to the public months ago. We KNOW she hated Christians. She stated she hated them. It didn't take any special research on my part to find that out, it just takes a memory longer than two years to recognize the lie that she was merely seeking fame.
As far as my other examples, I see you want to play identity politics and accuse me of being obsessed with trans murderers when all I am doing is giving you examples of murderers who the mainstream media stopped reporting on after their trans mental illness was revealed. Those stories were the ones dropped the quickest, probably because the nation was still in the grips of the Biden administration and many media outlets could not allow themselves to be caught reporting ANYTHING negative about the mentally ill trans community. Even now you act offended that I mention trans murderers, so there is definitely some holdover from that ridiculous mindset that trans people are untouchable when it comes to reporting their crimes. Same mindset that makes excuses for the track team murderer. Your denial of the obvious bias of reporting doesn't change anything, it just reflects badly on your ability to be honest.

Attempted murder, he should be behind bars for a long long time.

His mental illness may be a mitigating factor. It might put him in a mental institution for the crininally insane.

Any honest person knows that the liberal media buries stories that go against the democrat narrative.

Go to CNN's website and search for "Karmelo Anthony" - ZERO results. If you don't know that if the roles had been reversed the white boy would've been a household name and his mugshot would've been plastered daily on their website, then either you're cluelessly in the tank or you're a liar. Search for "track meet stabbing" and you only get ONE article. I remember that article - you had to scroll down a few pages to get to a tiny, one-sentence link that had a completely innocuous and neutral headline. There are countless other examples like this.

The problem remains......Patients Rights Laws

We have to return to common sense and commit the mentally ill to hospitals against their will BEFORE they commit criminal acts.

Again....several 'hard' narcotics cause brain damage. Those with brain damage often cause violent acts.

But those who want legalized meth, LSD, crack and the like simply can not....will not ...connect the dots.

It's my understanding that the manifesto wasn't released because it was against the wishes of the parents of the slain children. They thought releasing the manifesto could lead to copycat shootings.

Seems reasonable to me and not some lib conspiracy from the Nashville PD.

I'll take the word of the victim's parents:

The victims' families released statements praising the ruling on Friday. Cindy Peak's family wrote, "The last year and a half without Cindy has been difficult. But today brings a measure of relief in our family. Denying the shooter some of the notoriety she sought by releasing her vile and unfiltered thoughts on the world is a result everyone should be thankful for."

You realize the shooter had over 20 journals right, that the parents are familiar with? You don't think it's likely that notoriety and infamy were some of the goals the shooter had in addition to killing kids? That many modern day mass shooters have?

I don't see evidence of a liberal coverup conspiracy unless you believe the parents that send their kids to a private Christian school in Tennessee are also behind it. But by all means deny the wishes of parents who had their kids slaughtered so you can feel good about your confirmation bias.

I believe what I can see in front of me. The parents could have their reasons for wanting not one single word of that trans terrorist's thoughts being shared, but from what was shared we can clearly see that the Nashville police and CNN lied when they claimed she identified with those students and enjoyed her time at the school. https://www.yahoo.com/news/mass-shooter-killed-6-people-155831236.html

You believe what you want to believe.

First of all, CNN isn't lying as they are only reporting on what the ND is saying is their belief of their investigation.

Second of all, I am more inclined to believe a police station that has investigated ALL of the writings and evidence for 3 years than two pages leaked from a conservative youtuber.

Try reading their report in its entirety instead of just a headline before you "believe what you see".

They don't deny the shooter had anger for religion, society, the rich, just that the main driver for the shooting was notoriety. The shooter had written how prior school shooters were remembered "like gods" and how she wanted to be like them. She chose a christian school for young children because she knew it would bring the biggest headline and they were the least likely to fight back.

Yes, those were the motives attributed to her by the same police administration that hid her manifesto from public eye. You're simply believing what you've been told by CNN and the Nashville police. I am going off of the trans terrorist's own words that I have seen for myself, that you have now seen for yourself, that refute the claim she identified with those students she murdered and referred to as little ******s and crackers.

Dont read CNN let's just go off what the NPD is saying. I think the writings of the shooter clearly state she wanted them released to increase her notoriety, which is why the NPD did not release them until the Judge claimed they couldn't be publicly released.

You dont think it would behoove a shooter to leave behind as inflammatory language as possible about the kids she would shoot? It worked, here you are years later still talking about her so you're giving her what she wants.

It all comes down to if you believe the entire Nashville Police Department, Tennessee courts, and the parents of the slain children are colluding to try to salvage the image of a school shooter in a liberal coverup conspiracy.

You want to believe that as it fits your political narrative. I use my brain so I don't believe it.

No, you're using your imagination and I'm using what I have seen with my own eyes. If this had been a right wing nutjob shooter would they have hidden the manifesto? History says no. Biden came out after this shooting and immediately stated sympathy for the trans community, stating they were under attack. Then the Nashville PD hides the manifesto that clearly states hatred and bigotry towards the victims. Now, over a year later, we are TOLD that the shooter identified with the kids she murdered and had fond memories of the school. It's bull***** But you go on trusting what you're told, I'll go on trusting my own eyes and the evidence in front of me.
Our vibrations were getting nasty. But why? I was puzzled, frustrated... Had we deteriorated to the level of dumb beasts?

Who gives a flying **** about Nashville. Go talk about that on that thread. That has nothing to do with the nutter that tried to burn down the Shapiro home with them in it.

Anyone who sets fire to a house with a family inside is performing a heinous criminal act. No hate crime law or righteous frenzy needed. Max penalty for the one found guilty of multiple attempted murders.
What more beyond this needs to be said? This was the perfect response.

Suspect is Cody Balmer and he had previously expressed hatred towards Democrats and the Democratic party. We'll be hearing about this story for a while and it won't be buried like some of the other ones (where the motive of the suspect was on the other side of the political spectrum).

I went to CNN and found their article for the story that mentions Karmelo Anthony by name as the stabber. Keep in mind he is still a minor that hasn't been convicted yet so there may be some privacy policies news outlets have with releasing their names, yet CNN does.

https://www.cnn.com/2025/04/03/us/17-year-old-fatally-stabbed-student-texas/index.html
That's the ONE article that you had to scroll down a few pages on CNN to find, a tiny one-sentence link with a headline written as neutral as humanly possible. They only mention Karmelo's name halfway through the article after taking about the victim first and how he got stabbed. There was absolutely nothing about a race angle to the story. No picture of the killer anywhere. If one doesn't know that none of this would be the case had the killer been white and the victim black, then one is a blind fool.

And here's the kicker: in that article they provided a link to Karmelo's (the killer's) GoFundMe page for his defense fund.

Could you imagine even in your wildest dreams CNN doing that if the roles had been reversed? Get your head out of the sand, man.
