Law enforcement needs to admit they are in a combat situation and respond accordingly. Those who surrender may then be arrested and tried under the laws they cast aside.

I'm fine with recognizing them as such, anti societal hoodlums. And many should be arrested. But designate the entire organization terrorists? A far right fantasy. No chance.
