Ok, I made the mistake of reading a leftist publication and taking it at face value.
He is shutting down frivolous, useless grants it appears and reorganizing a portion of the
agency. He isn't the head of anti-terrorism. I should have known when it said the dept.
was in charge of 18 million in grants etc.
Anti-terrorism efforts will run into the billions of dollars.
Still from part time at HEB and Landscaping to this is a huge jump.
College degrees are a dime a dozen, that part means little to me.
