Black Customers Outraged By New Carnival Cruise Line Rules Limiting Ghetto Behavior

"The fatigue is real. In recent years the unwritten rule among most vacation goers interested in a week-long cruise was to stay far away from boats with cheap tickets. Why? Well, no one has been allowed to say why publicly, but the mountain of video evidence on social media sends the message loud and clear - A certain subset of black customers cause big problems and ruin everyone else's peace.

It's not "racist" to point out observable facts, and the viral "black fatigue" discussion is not something that can be easily dismissed. It's not just whites complaining - It's everyone, including other black people.

Ghetto behavior is epidemic and intolerable. So much so that corporations are starting to take notice and calculate the cost/benefit ratio of marketing to the fatigue subset. Of course, they won't say it outright, nor do they need to.

Carnival Cruise Line has become a magnet for black vacationers largely due to deep discounts on 3-5 day tickets. In 2015, the average cost per passenger was around $168 per night (more if you calculate today's inflation). The cost was even higher depending on the ship and the destination. In 2025 the average cost is as low as $50 per passenger per night. The damage done to travel related industries because of the pandemic lockdowns is often blamed for the price cuts.

The cruises have also garnered a reputation as a "block party" on the water with many black customers expecting some "rowdiness" as part of the experience."

They need to drop the name Carnival and do a full rebrand then raise their prices. Everyone has seen the insta videos of twerking on the decks, fightin etc and now nobody wants any part of that. I've never been on a cruise but if I go on one it will be like a Viking river cruise in Europe.

Wife and I are going on another cruise this September to France, Spain and Italy.

We never sail with Carnival.

Or conversely just name a ship the Saint George Floyd and stock it with watermelon, swisher sweets, and malt liquor and play nothing but rap - at least people would know what they're getting.

If you like cruising, learn the necessary skills and captain your own ship. You can travel to many more really amazing destinations on a 40-50 foot catamaran than you could on a cruise ship with the exceptions of the northwest passage and great capes.

As badass as that would be its not easy and takes a lot to learn. I think a captains license is like 300hours. I would love to take a boat down the innercoastal down to S Fla and then over to the Bahamas but I've only ever driven a boat on a constant level Texas lake. Once you're dealing with tides, oyster beds, currents going out of an inlet and offshore stuff its a whole different ball game.

Seabourn is very nice.

I've been thinking about this one.

But for the Caribbean, Atlantic Coast, and Med I'd much rather be on my own anchor, in an anchorage of my choosing, on my own schedule.

Carnival ought to start having these 3 day Theme Cruises to Jamaica from New Orleans, marketed towards the two most despised cruiser populations . . . . "economy minded" Blacks and Chinese tourists (especially middle-aged women). Make the entire ship consist of those two groups and let them have at each other for three days, while everyone else can sail in peace, and without the public defecation in the pool!

Carnival should just put job applications in all the cabins. That would solve the problem.

Damn, that's amazing! Saddle up though, that is some wild and woolly Ocean you're going through.

It certainly can be. There's a couple that's completing a circumnavigation on a big J-boat that puts videos out on YouTube. They rounded Cape Horn some time ago and sailed up the Chilean coast. Amazing territory down there. I think my boat could probably take it. But I'm not sure I could.

Have some good friends who captain their own boat throughout the Caribbean almost every year. They love it, but we are prone to seasickness, and don't want to work that hard while sightseeing.

Your Seaborne Cruise looks very interesting. Would love to go to Easter Island especially. Though after a couple of weeks we are always ready to get off the ship.

I worked on board the Carnival cruise ships for 3 years before moving to Admiral/RCCL for several more years. They were "Fun Ships" back then. My buddy Dennis Dearborn stayed in them until a couple of years ago. Dont remember the exact number but his tenure was in the high 40 year range. He watched the deterioration of the ships happen right in front of him. Told me that he wouldn't want to be a passenger on any CCL ships these days

Not a Carnival Cruise ...

The SWAC announced disciplinary actions Monday following a halftime altercation between Bethune-Cookman and Grambling State on Saturday. Video footage captured players from both teams exchanging punches and being thrown along the benches as coaching staff struggled to restore order.

To be honest, I don't know. They weren't happy that I left, and the only folks I speak to are my old friends from my Purser's office.

I would guess that they wanted to keep the ship filled at all costs and invited folks that we never had on before. Add, we had plenty of black and Hispanic folk. They were very respectful
