That's a legit point.
It is also a legit point that you do not debate in good faith.

You claim that Christianity was fabricated by humans in a way similar to our Constitution. This is false. The development of Christianity and the development of the Constitution of the United States were by entirely different mechanisms. The former was based on the resurrection of Jesus, as witnessed by people at that time and spread through word of mouth despite the efforts of many to destroy it. The latter was based on a committee getting together and deciding how to best form a government after a war left them in charge of a country whose then-current system wasn't working particularly well.

Fortunately for us, the people designing the Constitution did so based on Christian beliefs. They believed in the sinful nature of humanity and built checks into their government to mitigate the risk that nature created. They also believed that human rights were inherent, not granted by the state. This is based on the Christian belief that we are created in the image of God. The genius of the American Republican form of government isn't simply that it is democratic, it's the checks and balances built into the government and the specific enumeration of powers for that government to limit the government's powers and thus protect the Creator-endowed rights of life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.
