Yes.... we are so fortunate to live in a state, Texas, that requires loyalty pledges to a specific foreign country in order for its residents/tax payers to receive disaster relief... or if a college student says something critical of one specific country, they are expelled from the public university financed by public tax dollars.

House Bill 3257 also created The Texas Holocaust, Genocide, and Antisemitism Advisory Council. The council will produce biennial studies of antisemitism in Texas, work with schools and institutions of higher education to develop effective methods to combat antisemitism and implement courses of Holocaust and genocide study and awareness in the Lone Star state.
The IHRA's "Working Definition of Antisemitism" adopted on May 26, 2016, defines antisemitism as "a certain perception of Jews, which may be expressed as hatred toward Jews."
IHRA definition of antisemitism includes(but not limited to):
- Applying double standards by requiring of (Israel) a behavior not expected or demanded of any other democratic nation
- Accusing Jewish citizens of being more loyal to Israel, or to the alleged priorities of Jews worldwide, than to the interests of their own nations
- Denying the Jewish people their right to self-determination, e.g., by claiming that the existence of a State of Israel is a racist endeavor

The signing of the bill into law puts teeth behind efforts to combat antisemitism. It helps inform government agencies and our representatives. It helps train law enforcement about what antisemitism really is. It helps draft curricula for schools. It engages civil society to understand and provide the tools to recognize antisemitism. Without those tools, antisemitism cannot be addressed and defeated

those things you cited are an effort to stop BDS, which of course explicitly seeks to do what you complain about....limit 1st Amendment rights of American citizens. AIPAC is American citizens engaging in rights of assembly and speech in foreign policy; BDS is a financial arm of a larger islamic effort to destroy Israel....a foreign agenda driven by foreign powers. You do like American foreign policy to be of, by, and for American citizens, don't you?
