When you see the sequence frame by frame, it's clear she was turning the wheels away from the officer, he was out of the way when the 1st shot was fired, then he was at the side of the drivers door when he fired two rounds point blank (likely into her head) through the driver's window. Then he called her an F'ing Btch as he walked away.

This is what you get when you pay a big signing bonus to recruit warm bodies and send poorly vetted officers to an abbreviated crash training course. It's also what you get when you put border and immigration agents in a policing situation they are not trained for, as is clearly the case here.

In this case he should have approached the car from the side instead of walking in front like a noob. All the more so if he felt the situation warranted drawing his weapon -- which it almost certainly didn't. In Texas she would arguably have been within her rights to flee on the grounds that he was already using excessive force.

The woman was about to be arrested, and she tried to drive recklessly out of the scene of her crime. The agent may or may not be reprimanded. Virtually nobody on her seems to be willing to accept this fact. She was a human being. The last 2 shots he was completely out of any harm's way and simply fired in anger as he called her a "****ing *****".

Not only that, those last two shots, endangered others, and put a vehicle completely out of control, accelerating when she slumped forward dead, which could have killed or injured others on the ground.

There are reasons there is police policy not to do things this officer did.

All the videos cleary show both of his feet were to the left of the vehicle when he fires. He shot her as she was leaving. One bullet went in the far left of the windshield. Virtually nobody on her seems to be willing to accept this fact. She was a human being. The last 2 shots he was completely out of any harm's way and simply fired in anger as he called her a "****ing *****".

Not only that, those last two shots, endangered others, and put a vehicle completely out of control, accelerating when she slumped forward dead, which could have killed or injured others on the ground.

There are reasons there is police policy not to do things this officer did.

Wrong. Fascism is just another leftist ideology like communism is a leftist ideology and it has nothing to do with "extreme conservatism" or "the far right". My post wasn't about calling anybody anything - it was about correcting the popular misnomer that fascism is a right wing ideology and if you go as far right as possible on the political spectrum you end up with a fascist or nazi. I will also say, however, that some of the most blatant examples of projection out there are lefties that call conservatives "fascists" as they themselves and their sycophants constantly resort to fascistic tactics like de-humanizing their enemies, using the"big lie" strategy, and mob violence. ANTIFA is exhibit A.

This is a horrible tragedy. Probably, the agent could have risked it, but the situation was crazy and it was crazy because of her and her organization. They were not peacefully gathering to express their disagreement with the law or enforcement tactics.
