As my Dad once told me, if you go looking for trouble, you will surely find it. Obey the law.
Call it a tax, the people are outraged! Call it a tariff, the people get out their checkbooks and wave their American flags!!!
We don't and never have had a "king" (although admittedly FDR came pretty close back in the day). What we have is a fully Constitutionally elected POTUS that oh by the way also decisively won the popular vote in last the election of 2024.
Furthermore, if we did have a "king", these "no kings" protests would never be allowed to legally happen, and if they happened anyway, the organizers and as many of the participants as possible would be arrested and possibly even killed (the courageous protestors in Iran are Exhibit A). And this is regardless of whether or not any violence happened.
Finally. I'm glad we clearly don't have a king and everyone has the legal right to peacefully (repeat peacefully) protest, even including indoctrinated, duped, hate filled morons that otherwise don't have anything actually constructive to do instead.

Anyone who attends a No Kings march or provides instructions others for such a march is a few bricks short of a load.....or they just like to dress up and show everyone how little they know about the Constitution.
Good on them for demonstrating. That is what we do here. Their overarching message is correct. We don't need or want a clown POTUS who thinks he is King and rules and norms don't apply . Good news is Trump and Maga are finally done as the scourge that it is.

I'm sure everyone will be fine, as long as they don't start blocking law enforcement folks or riot. I sincerely doubt this group will riot. Hippies are getting pretty old now.
