No I've studied Islam a bit and know what sharia is.

No one here is a fan of sharia. I'm also not a fan of exaggerated claims designed to gin up war hysteria.

Remember Sam's "Walking Corpses in Gaza"? He's simply a contrarian

Nah, it's worse than that. Sam is among our new modern version of the leftists who supported the Iranian revolution in the 70s. They're just doing it in reverse now, and they're as myopic now as they were then (maybe worse, because at this point we've actually gotten to see the theocratic regime in action).

Sam has always had a soft spot for Iran, which is of course consistent with the soft spot he has for other anti-US dictatorships and authoritarian regimes (see Venezuela, Russia).

Venezuela, Russia.... but your forgot Cuba, Biden and Kamala.

Sam is our new BUMarski. Pick a conspiracy theory that makes the US look bad and our enemies look good and he supports it.

Forgot about that guy. Blast from the past.

That said, while BUMaruski had some kooky ideas, he was at least conservative in most of his beliefs. Sam, on the other hand, isn't, perhaps outside of a very small handful of issues (i.e. abortion - though he admits it doesn't influence his vote).

In sum, Sam isn't conservative and never has been. I've been saying that for years. So in that sense, he is different from the current grievance culture on the right, as he has never been a part of the right. He is more akin to the grievance culture of the left. He's is on the side of those who believe we are a force for evil in the world, instead of an exceptional country, and that our power and influence should be diminished as a result. He is not limited govt., but pro big and authoritarian govt., as he proved during COVID and through his support of evil and despotic regimes. In short, he's decidedly anti-conservative in his beliefs, in addition to being anti-American.

Why would you ask a question like that?

Just wondering if you got your six prayers in today...

It's either six or zero. I'd put my money on zero.

Not a very friendly thing to say.

Dude, stop trying to blame other folks. If you left your prayer rug somewhere, it's on you!

Read your own posts, Sam. You come off like a guy who veers his car to scare dogs in the street, makes your day if you can drive over a puppy.
