I don't mind if she stays, as long as it is in prison for fraud and theft of the American people. A minimum of 20 years would be good. Of course the next Democrat President will pardon her and give her a seven figure job working for one is the Commie news networks.

Plenty of brown people in Congress.
She is an exception tho. Hates America. Wears a head scarf in the chambers when I would be thrown out for wearing a ball cap. Rep from a state that has massive Somali fraud. She is a Somali whom has been accused of fraud herself.
Do you really need more info?
Porteroso said:
Is she an American citizen? That's the only question that matters. Americans face justice here. No need to flagellate yourself to the idea of deporting every brown person you don't like.

She was granted citizenship because she committed fraud. So her citizenship can be legally revoked.

Funny how these liberals always go straight to skin color.
I know it sucks that one of their peeps is up to her eyeballs in controversy, and that she happens to have "brown skin," but oh, well. Maybe she shouldn't have gotten herself immersed in controversy. Then we wouldn't be talking about it. And her skin color would have never had to be brought up by a liberal. Again.
Makes me think of the time though an acquaintance of mine asked if the reason I didn't vote for Obama was because he was black. I told him if I had had my druthers Condi Rice would have run and won the presidency. So tongue in cheek I said that I guess that was proof I wasn't a sexist either. Shut him down real fast.
And funny how a number of years later, a black man was running for governor of CA, and it was the white liberals who voted not for him, but for the privileged white limo liberal. While we conservatives voted for the black man.
With the latest stories floating around with that SPLC situation, methinks these liberals should be working to clean out the racist issues from their own nostrils than worrying about creating a racist bogey man behind every conservative door. The deflecting is becoming tiresome.

Yeah, but coming to a country to commit massive fraud should be grounds for deportation as well.

It is an extreme rarity. To denaturalize someone who represented Americans in Congress is a near impossibility.

Not by law. Only by respect for the elected office. How much broken trust is acceptable to overcome that respect is the question.

True, there is some situation where even a member of Congress could lose citizenship, but that will simply not happen here. We can check back in a year.
So we DO deport citizens? Like I said and you denied? Cool.Porteroso said:Wangchung said:https://www.usa.gov/renounce-lose-citizenship Yes we do.Porteroso said:TrojanMoondoggie said:

We dont really. It is an extreme rarity. Like if you lied on your citizenship application, you might get denaturalized. And denaturalized is not deported.
My point is that it basically doesn't happen when you simply break the law. And it certainly will not happen here. Just my prediction!

I believe her citizenship can be revoked because she lied on her citizenship application as the man listed as her husband was actually her brother. Additionally she lied when she signed her name to her financial disclosure forms as a member of congress that said her net worth had gone from thousands to 30 million dollars, which is a felony. She also knew about Somalis in her congressional district pretending to offer services to individuals which they did not provide but took the money from the federal government as if they did.
All of this from an individual Americans saved from third world poverty at a minimum. And how has she repaid our generosity? Why she has said nothing but horrible things about our country since arriving here.
I say revoke her citizenship, and deport her sorry ass as soon as possible.
Then I agree with the poster who said deport every single one of the illegals who broke into our country. Why, because I want this country to survive for many more years.

do they teach you our Constitution at MCC? You must have been at George's the night before and missed that class. Fraud is fraud and should be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. Should not matter who you are. If she is guilty. See you in jail just like anyone else. Trump has already been convicted of fraud.

If he does come back with something it's prolly going to be related to that shameless idiotic dimcrat activist judge who agreed that an assessment of Maralago reflecting a value of maybe 10% of its true worth was accurate.
