Is she an American citizen? That's the only question that matters. Americans face justice here. No need to flagellate yourself to the idea of deporting every brown person you don't like.

I don't mind if she stays, as long as it is in prison for fraud and theft of the American people. A minimum of 20 years would be good. Of course the next Democrat President will pardon her and give her a seven figure job working for one is the Commie news networks.
Call it a tax, the people are outraged! Call it a tariff, the people get out their checkbooks and wave their American flags!!!

She fully deserves to either be deported or sent to prison as you describe, but I'll be amazed if anything beyond a wrist slap at most ultimately happens to her. She checks way too many identity politics/DEI boxes that intimidate too many people into not doing what would actually serve justice in her case. And she knows this - which is why she is still walking around laughing and smirking as if she doesn't have a care in the world.

Plenty of brown people in Congress.

She is an exception tho. Hates America. Wears a head scarf in the chambers when I would be thrown out for wearing a ball cap. Rep from a state that has massive Somali fraud. She is a Somali whom has been accused of fraud herself.

Do you really need more info?

She is an American. I googled it to make sure, since you said she was Somali. Americans face justice in America.

We don't outsource our justice, we follow the Constitution and administer it ourselves, the result being the greatest justice system in the history of the world. Not perfect, but certainly the greatest whrn you consider all its challenges over the centuries.

She was granted citizenship because she committed fraud. So her citizenship can be legally revoked.

Funny how these liberals always go straight to skin color.

I know it sucks that one of their peeps is up to her eyeballs in controversy, and that she happens to have "brown skin," but oh, well. Maybe she shouldn't have gotten herself immersed in controversy. Then we wouldn't be talking about it. And her skin color would have never had to be brought up by a liberal. Again.

Makes me think of the time though an acquaintance of mine asked if the reason I didn't vote for Obama was because he was black. I told him if I had had my druthers Condi Rice would have run and won the presidency. So tongue in cheek I said that I guess that was proof I wasn't a sexist either. Shut him down real fast.

And funny how a number of years later, a black man was running for governor of CA, and it was the white liberals who voted not for him, but for the privileged white limo liberal. While we conservatives voted for the black man.

With the latest stories floating around with that SPLC situation, methinks these liberals should be working to clean out the racist issues from their own nostrils than worrying about creating a racist bogey man behind every conservative door. The deflecting is becoming tiresome.

Not by law. Only by respect for the elected office. How much broken trust is acceptable to overcome that respect is the question.

True, there is some situation where even a member of Congress could lose citizenship, but that will simply not happen here. We can check back in a year.

The whole Minneapolis / Somali immigrants situation makes for a great case study that demonstrates just how damaging and destructive uncontrolled mass immigration and open borders policies can be - especially when it involves large numbers of "immigrants" who come from cultures that are in many ways antithetical to traditional American culture and furthermore have no desire to assimilate. And beyond that also view America as a kind of giant "grab bag" of taxpayer funded goodies to be exploited and taken advantage of by whatever means necessary. Then they top it off by block voting for corrupt reps like Omar who view the country similarly and otherwise hate it as founded. This is the kind of thing that has been destroying Western Europe for decades now and it's also the kind of thing the globalist loving dimcrats want to bring to your town as well if idiot voters out there eventually give them the chance to do so.

Deport all the illegals.

Deport all the Muslims.

Deport all the legal immigrants who have been convicted of a felony.

Deport them all.

A deportation for you, and a deportation for you, and a deportation for you...and for Ilhan Omar.

Load them into a C130, put a parachute on their back, and shove them out the cargo ramp over their home country.

You have no idea how radically right wing I am when it comes to deportation.

We dont really. It is an extreme rarity. Like if you lied on your citizenship application, you might get denaturalized. And denaturalized is not deported.

My point is that it basically doesn't happen when you simply break the law. And it certainly will not happen here. Just my prediction!

I believe her citizenship can be revoked because she lied on her citizenship application as the man listed as her husband was actually her brother. Additionally she lied when she signed her name to her financial disclosure forms as a member of congress that said her net worth had gone from thousands to 30 million dollars, which is a felony. She also knew about Somalis in her congressional district pretending to offer services to individuals which they did not provide but took the money from the federal government as if they did.

All of this from an individual Americans saved from third world poverty at a minimum. And how has she repaid our generosity? Why she has said nothing but horrible things about our country since arriving here.

I say revoke her citizenship, and deport her sorry ass as soon as possible.

Then I agree with the poster who said deport every single one of the illegals who broke into our country. Why, because I want this country to survive for many more years.

Hello again, RealityBites. Thanks for your post, I'd like to address the four points one at a time:

"Deport all the illegals."

This should be a no-brainer. The United States allows more legal immigration than any country in the world, and the legal immigrants should always get respect for that, which by definition means the illegals must be found and ejected.

The rules are clear. It's simply a matter of enforcement willpower.

"Deport all the Muslims."

Hard no from me on that one. For one thing, despite all the noise there are a lot of Muslims who obey US law and respect other people without conflict. Deporting all Muslims would unfairly punish the majority for the crimes of a few.

Also, deporting on the basis of religion is certainly unconstitutional, and even if it stood would create a frightening standard which would be misused later to punish innocent people .

"Deport all the legal immigrants who have been convicted of a felony."

For me, that would depend on the specific felony. Deportation of a citizen, including a naturalized citizen, is so severe that it should be rare unless that person gained citizenship through fraud.

"Deport them all."

Too broad and too vague.
