I agree. I think this is just one of many examples of the deterioration of our culture. Today much if it is a cesspool to the point that it's no longer as safe to turn on the TV and watch a show or movie without the risk of seeing something deeply offensive or extremely perverse. My understanding is that by law there is always some up on the chain of succession who skips big events as a precaution. There was even a TV show recently starting Kiefer Sutherland (Jack Bauer of 24 fame). What I saw of it was pretty good although it clearly was Hollywoodized.

It is strange the person would be 92 but what little I've seen of him lately he was in better shape than Biden regardless of age. Thankfully, it's a moot point since no one was killed.

Don't put words in my mouth. I find Kimmel to be disgusting and evil but I don't pay much attention to him.

I latch onto nothing because it's difficult to believe in the veracity of such claims. If true, then Kimmel was not the only person who knew and there must have been some grand conspiracy. I have seen no evidence of a conspiracy. I've never even seen anyone speculate about one.

Also, if there was a plot why would anyone tell Kimmel?!!! Unless, he was part of the plot, which seems almost impossible. He's a run of the mill radical Leftist celebrity. No conspirator would have any reason to tell him anything and probably not have access to such a prominent figure.

And if the post is accurate, it was incredibly stupid because he could not be trusted to keep the secret. If the staffer had foreknowledge of the plot, why did he or she not contact the authorities?

The more I think about it, the less believable the post is. We should always remember that anyone can post almost anything on social media and they often do. Much of it is garbage and very untrustworthy. This is only the latest example.

That's my point. There is no reason for Kimmel to know about a hypothetical conspiracy. If it existed, although we have no reason to believe in one, he would have been as much in the dark as the rest of us.

As I pointed out, there are plenty of reasons to doubt the tweet. The only reason I can think of to believe it is TDS and that's not enough.

I am more interested in his comments on we are fighting wars, so we can't fully fund Medicare.

Anyone within 10 years of retirement, is concerned with what he is doing. Many of us worked 30-40 years and things that were counted on and we paid in are now coming under his chopping block to fund his pet projects. That is not what he ran on.
