The radical LWNJ claim the courts are corrupt and political or the only bastion of freedom depending in the ruling. The hyperbole must be exhausting, eh?
At the end of the day, words have mean. Let's be clear low-information voters: the "franchise" is the right to vote it is not the right that a particular candidate you like gets elected. Words matter. You just seem uneducated. No one is promised by the Constitution or law to have a particular candidate guaranteed victory.
