Modern American fascists (aka the Left) like to project their own sins onto Trump, Republicans, Christian's, Jews, and anyone else who disagrees with them. Basically, any time they accuse someone of almost anything it's actually a confession of their guilt.

The Russian collusion hoax is an example: there never was any evidence that Trump colluded with anyone. Eventually, there was plenty of evidence of colluding and conspiring with each other to create a fake scandal and try to prevent Trump from winning. Thankfully, they failed twice although they did steal the 2020 election by other means.

Wonder if Tucker will show it on his podcast
The Eternal Jew (film)

The Eternal Jew is a 1940 German antisemitic[2] Nazi propaganda film,[3] presented as a documentary. The initial German title was Der ewige Jude, the German term for the character of the "Wandering Jew" in medieval folklore. Directed by Fritz Hippler at the insistence of the Minister of Propaganda, Joseph Goebbels, the screenplay is credited to Eberhard Taubert and narrated by Harry Giese; it consists of feature and documentary footage combined with materials filmed shortly after the Nazi occupation of Poland. At this time, Poland's Jewish population was about three million, roughly ten percent of the total population.

OPie loses all credibility when he equates the American left with fascism and of course antisemitism. At least for anyone new to the forum and seeing his posts for the first time.

The government of Israel has opened itself up to legitimate criticism with its destruction of large areas of Gaza, expansionism, and razing of Southern Lebanon. Certainly there was cause to respond to Hamas, but such a long campaign that kills so many civilians is bound to be criticized.

Criticism of Israel is warranted. It is not antisemitism to criticize Israel and be concerned with the leadership of Netanyahu. The Palestinians are Semitic. (More so than the European settlers who arrived after 1948.)

Israel needs a change at the top. If they are unwilling to be a proper American ally, we should end funding for them.

It's no different than conversations many of us have had with family members. Wanna do as you please? You're free to, but not with my money.

Criticism of Israel certainly can be valid, when honest. However, all too often the criticism is based on antisemitic propaganda, from Hamas or some other terrorist organization, filled with grotesque lies. Most criticism we see today is just a retread of terrorists and therefore invalid.

I can't dismiss that Jews are under attack because they are Jewish. That is unacceptable. (Especially in our country, as they are not responsible for Israel).

Still, Israel ain't no peach. They need to find a way to make peace with their neighbors that doesn't always require "regime change" and respect the rights of all of their citizens not just the Jewish ones.

It's not like Israel hasn't tried repeatedly throughout their history to make peace with their neighbors. All their efforts have been rejected. The only serious progress has been because of extraordinary events and even with the aid of the US.

Also, it's difficult to make peace with genocidal maniacs who want to completely destroy you and everyone you know.

Judaism is not a magic religion that is beyond criticism.

Criticism of Israel is not antisemitism.

Criticism of Judaism is not antisemitism.

It is the *duty* of every faithful disciple of Christ to level criticism at any religion that denies Him.

I'm not so ignorant. I grew up learning history and geopolitics from A Beka Books and The 700 Club, too. But I did eventually grow up.

Totally agree with that sentiment. In fact, since we're 40 trillion in debt, how about no taxpayer money for any other government.

But the minute you say that, the usual suspects will call you Adolf.

I'm unfamiliar with A Beka Books. What is that?

My views on politics, economics, and history are based on studying all through from a variety of sources, both Left and Right, informed by my Christian faith. It helps me to sort through the lies and incongruities, such as the myth that fascism is an ideology of the Right when it clearly is of the Left. My views were already well developed long before I spent much time with the 700 Club.

I'm pretty sure that A Beka is the publisher of an evangelical home school curriculum. While I'm not that familiar with the content of its material, I would suspect that its history/geopolitical lessons are drawn largely from the Scofield/Dispensationalist school. Correct me if I'm wrong on that.

Fascism has characteristics of both the right and the left. Jonah Goldberg, author of the book Liberal Fascists, once assumed the right was immune. Here's how he got it wrong:
