The Republicans control the House and the Senate, yet cannot get legislation passed that is supported by 80 percent of all Americans. This tells me the Republican Party also has a serious problem. Republican leader John Thune appears to be flying by the seat of his pants and making things up as he goes. Kinda like Trump.

Simply mocking democrats is not a path to victory in November. After watching single party rule under Biden and Trump, a percentage of voters are going to conclude that a gridlocked divided government is better than one where both parties worst instincts are moved forward.

For example, if Byron Donalds is the GOP nominee for governor in Florida, enough GOP voters will either stay home or cross the aisle to vote David Jolly in as governor.

Want to win in November? Walk away from the war with Iran. Walk away from the war with Ukraine. Resume deportations. Stop the influx of H1/H2 labor. Move the MAHA agenda and end pharmaceutical ads on TV.

If you ignore the coalition that put you in power, it will ignore you.
