Patience. It is entirely possible Max Miller did not do anything wrong. This is all he said she said right now. His ex-wife is doing a lot of talking, but she is offering no real proof. I've known a few ex-wives who told people things about their ex husbands that just were not true. I had specific knowledge of multiple events surrounding the allegations I heard, and was prepared to testify they ex-wife was full of *****
I know people lie. I know women will "attack" a man and his self defense is seen as abuse. I've said "*****es ain't ****" a thousand times. I don't mess around when it comes to the baby.
If he really did break that baby's collarbone he should rot in hell. But, if he did it, there will be a hospital report out there that proves he did it. I know doctors asked me a lot of questions when I took my kids in for broken bones. There's a process in place for doctors to follow when the parent's story doesn't add up. She hasn't produced that medical report, which to me, indicates she is full of ***** Play that spade and remove all doubt if she has it. Instead, she reported the topless picture he posted as child porn and her senator daddy jumped on her bandwagon. Her math isn't mathing to me.
Here's what Children and Family Services and the police said about that collarbone being broken.
According to a notice of child abuse and/or neglect investigation finding report, the Cuyahoga County Division of Children and Family Services determined the allegation that Miller broke his toddler's collarbone was "unsubstantiated" and the case was closed in March. According to a police report, the Cuyahoga County Prosecutor's Office declined to prosecute because there was not enough evidence to secure an indictment.
And here's what the psychologist assigned to their custody case when they were divorcing said about the ex wife's abuse claims: "Koricke testified she felt the abuse allegations were exaggerated."
