Donald Trump is not a great orator. He's not in the same class as FDR, Churchill, JFK, Reagan, and Margaret Thatcher. We haven't had any politician even close since Reagan. However, on occasion he does give a good speech (his inaugural last year was probably his best). All too often he relies on blister, allows his narcissism to take over, and says flat out stupid nonsense. It's still a vast improvement from the gibberish and evil utterances of Biden or Obama.

Politicians will be politicians. The lie, say and to stupid things, usually forget that they work for us (not the reverse), and generally prove the need for term limits and other reforms. But we know all that before any of them open their mouths. We must take it with a grain of salt (or a huge bowl). Great leaders are proven by their actions, not their words. Even great oratory cannot cover for bad policy and terrible mistakes.

One thing is clear, Trump is a patriot who loves America and wants what is best for America. That is not true for any member of the Dem party on the national stage (& none in Texas I know of) except maybe Sen. Fetterman, and he may switch parties soon.

We can debate whether it was an insurrection. No one can deny it was at least a riot. As for government operatives, most conspiracy theories have at least a shred of evidence underlying the speculation. Your claim is unsupported even by tinfoil hat standards.

Trump doesn't love America. He loves power and hates anything that stands between him and it, including the law and the Constitution.
