As a side note….. that is still one of the best first pitches I have ever seen. It didn't go wild. He threw from the mound right to the catcher. Most people go in front of the mound, still don't make the plate and make the catcher chase the ball.

Todd Beamer died a father, husband, and hero.

Quote:

Todd: Hello… Operator… listen to me. I can't speak very loud. This is an emergency. I'm a passenger on a United flight to San Francisco. Our plane has been hijacked.

Lisa: I understand. Can they see you?

Todd: No. There are three that we know of. They have knives razor knives, like box cutters. Someone announced from the cockpit there was a bomb. It sounded fake.

Lisa: Your name?Todd: Todd Beamer. United Flight 93.Todd: They killed one passenger in first class. They forced most of us back. Fourteen of us here. Five flight attendants. The guy with the bomb ordered us to sit on the floor.

Lisa: Are you okay?

Todd: We're going down… wait. No. We're leveling off. We changed directions. We're flying east again.

Todd: A guy named Jeremy called his wife. She told him two planes hit the World Trade Center. Lisa, is that true?

Lisa: I have to tell you the truth. It's very bad. Both towers are gone. A third plane hit the Pentagon. Our country is under attack. I'm afraid your plane may be part of their plan.

Todd: Oh God. Lisa, will you do something for me? Call my wife and my kids. Promise me you'll call.

Lisa: I promise.

Todd: Our home number is… You have the same name as my wife. Lisa. We've been married ten years. She's pregnant with our third child. Tell her I love her. I'll always love her. We have two boys David, he's 3, and Andrew, he's 1. Tell them their daddy loves them and he is so proud of them. The baby is due January 12th. I saw an ultrasound. We still don't know if it's a girl or a boy.

Lisa: I'll tell them. I promise, Todd.(Lisa patches in the FBI.)

Agent: Todd, your plane is on a course for Washington. Best guess is the White House or the Capitol.

Todd: I understand. I'll be back.

Todd: Everyone knows this isn't a normal hijacking. We have decided we will not be pawns in their plot.

Lisa: What are you going to do?

Todd: Four of us are going to rush the one with the bomb. Then the cockpit. A stewardess is getting boiling water. We'll take them out.

Todd: Would you pray with me?They pray the Lord's Prayer. Then: Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for thou art with me.

Todd: God help me. Jesus help me.Are you guys ready? Let's Roll.

I hadn't read that in years. Thank you for sharing.

It hits much harder now that I have been a father for several years and thinking about my boys.

I remember seeing several such clips in 2001. Then shortly after the media began censoring all such images and they were hard to find.

In a normal honest world it would be a national scandal that our government and corporate media complex conspired to keep these factual real world images from the American people.

(Makes you wonder what other facts they keep from us and what other historic narratives they push on us)

Islam is the opposite of "religion of peace". Their entire history going all the way back to its founder, Muhammad, is one of conquest, barbarity, & ruthless oppression. And they are still doing that in the 21st century.

September 11, 2001 & October 7, 2023 are two dramatic examples of what Muslims have been doing for 1,400 years. They have never stopped and we have no reason to believe they ever will.

That long history includes extensive involvement in the slave trade, which they are still active in today.

They have been trying to convince you it was the JEWS!

Only Hamas Harry and the Casey's night clerk believe it.

That horrific day and the weeks that followed will forever be etched in to my brain.

I have been kind of surprised how low key things have been about it this week with it being the 25th anniversary.

I actually had the opposite thought...that for 25 years we've actively suppressed the memory of that day as we've imported Muslims hand over fist and had them colonize parts of the US.

...why is the memory of 9-11 being trotted out now all of a sudden in a synchronized fashion?

Has he never heard of elevator shafts???

Heck even die hard back in 1988 did a good job of showing the explosion going up the whole elevator shaft.

Then you have gravity….. all that burning stuff failing down the elevator to the basement full of flammable items…..

Just stupid.

I am not an engineer. I do not believe any of the conspiracy theories.

However, as a lay person, it did surprise me that the WTC towers pancaked and the bottom 80 floors could not support the collapse of the top 20 - I assumed those buildings were super strong - I would have thought the collapsed floors would have just "fallen off" vs. pancaking. However, that's just a lay persona's initial thoughts. I 100% do not believe any of the "forced explosion" crap.

RE: WTC7 - been explained that the planes were so powerful with so much force that the fuel and energy went into it and it similarly burned.

Again, not promoting conspiracy just naive around the strength of a 110-story building.

There is no explanation for wtc 7. That building didnt just fall down. I could be persuaded either way but the video of the firefighters talking about demolition charges going off is somewhat convincing.

Fuentes is a ridiculous fool spouting off stupid nonsense repeatedly. Every time I've ever seen a post he's made it was the same kind of asinine nonsense. It's scary how many listen to his trash.

It was the top 30 floors in the north tower and 30-40 floors in the south tower. Either way, it's many tons of weight while the supports are burning at extremely high heat. I'm no engineer but I understand what fires can do, especially when fueled by huge amounts of highly flammable jet fuel.

I dont disagree. The main thing to me that makes zero and sense and never will is tower 7. There's no reason for it to fall down. I have yet to hear any reasonable explanation for that.

Think of it like the game Jenga. You take out too many blocks in the middle and top gets unstable. The top then falls down and knocking the rest down.

The top dropped to the floors below and suddenly you have 30 floors worth of weight falling on to each next floor. It is no longer about strength but now just physics of mass and speed.

Sort of the same way a tornado can send a small pole through a thick tree.

Except it has been explained that the noise was the floors collapsing one onto the other creating a loud boom that a lay person takes for an explosion.

When the two 100 story towers fell they gutted the building. Destroying supports. Starting fires. Adding tons of weight to the building with the debris now sitting inside/on top of it.

So the weakened building eventually collapsed.

When a building is on fire for seven hours, there's a pretty good chance that it will collapse. That is a reasonable explanation. Now you have heard one.

Quote:

Genelle Guzman was on the 13th floor of the North Tower when the building came down around her.

Twenty-seven hours later she was still there. Head wedged between concrete. Right leg crushed. One hand free. The rest of her sealed in a pocket of rubble and dust. She could not see. She could barely move. She prayed for her daughter. She asked God for a miracle.

Sometime after dawn on the 12th a retired German Shepherd named Trakr froze on a pile and gave a live-hit. His handler, James Symington, had driven him down from Nova Scotia through the night. Firefighters started digging.

Genelle felt a hand close around hers. A voice said "My name is Paul. Just hang on. They're going to get you out." She held that hand until the rescuers reached her. No one named Paul was ever identified among the crew that pulled her free. She has always called him her angel.

They brought her into the light around midday on September 12. She was the last living person taken from the World Trade Center.

Four surgeries saved the leg. In the hospital her boyfriend Roger proposed. They married that November. She wrote a book called Angel in the Rubble. She still says she found her life under there.
