All that said, I can explain it, but I can't understand it for you.

Let me help you understand. Your excuse is a lame-ass, spineless, worn out cop out. What these nimrods understand is losing power. There is no Republican party just like there is no Democrat party. Both sides are worthless and weak. They stand around feigning conflict with their thumbs stuck up their keisters. Both sides are loaded with limp-wrists that run from true conflict and couldn't fight their way out of a wet paper sack.

I refuse to keep repeating the same old mistake. If Talarico were to win we will see very little if any changes that affect me and you. As Senator neither one of them will make a difference any time soon if at all. The audacity of "republicans" trying to pawn off Paxton on us because Cornyn didn't bust his kneecaps for the current Liar in Chief? Trump is the biggest joke perpetuated on the USA in the history of the country. I laugh every day watching Trump lie and watching these yahoos he chose to surround himself with justify their worthless titles and existence.

We survived Kennedy, LBJ, Jimmy, Slick Willie, Barack and even Biden. My life and well being did not change or get altered in any way. I was born with Eisenhower in office and went through Nixon, Ford, Reagan, Bush1, Bush2 and now Trump. None of them affected me negatively other than embarrass me when they open their mouths.

I am confident that "good ole boys" can rectify any disastrous potential changes in America.

Preach brother! Dont know about your Henry Lee reference though. I'd almost rather have Henry Lee as senator than that bug-eyed weasel Paxton.

Okay, I guess you've convinced me that it really doesn't matter that much whether or not the commies take over. After all, it really didn't have that much of an impact on the people of the old Soviet Union, or the old Eastern Block, or North Korea, or Communist China, or Cuba (shoot, they're in great shape right now), or Venezuela, etc. Nothing to see here, or get concerned about - right? Plus the open borders, exploding crime, runaway inflation, growing child trafficking, general woke insanity, and embarrassingly failed foreign policies under President Autopen and the dumocrats really didn't affect anybody that much, right? So who cares. I guess apathy really is the smartest approach - plus, it's a lot less stressful, right, ?

Amazing that he is an option!

Posted on another thread that I would not vote for Paxton if his camp offered me $10,000 to vote for him. Not voting for Talarico either. I will never again knowingly vote for a clearly corrupt, despicable candidate. Life is too short to vote for the lesser of two evils. Screw both candidates!!! Amazing to me how many Trumpers have sold their souls.

I get not being a Paxton fan. I'm not either. But if the alternative is a Democrat taking that Senate seat, what specific issue with him is big enough to risk that? Also, selling their souls? What are you talking about? Trump is doing the exact thing he said he would. America First.

Perhaps electing a nutty, progressive liberal with Socialist leanings to the U.S. Senate is what is needed at this point for Texas Republicans to wake the **** up!!!

No more $ h!tty candidates. It has to stop.
I don't think you realize how much damage can be done by Talasicko.

Commies taking over? The last time I checked these so called commies, liberals, socialists, progressives, environmentalists, social justice & other left leaning groups are no match for the self anointed Republicans (50%), rural residents (48%), men (45%), self-identified conservatives (45%) and Southerners (40%) who are gun owners. Liberals (15%), Democrats (18%), non-White Americans (18%), women (19%) and Eastern residents (21%) are the least likely to report personal gun ownership.

When the people have had enough and the commies start truly encroaching on the conservatives, I am confident those 100 million guns will get used to save our country. Comparing us to the old Soviet Union, Eastern Block, Communist China, etc is BS. Yes, we have weakened and grown soft but every American has a breaking point and the libs have not seen the old South rise up.

Borders, crime, wokeism, etc can be controlled when it impacts enough of the law abiding Americans.

You sound like you might be hiding in your basement praying for someone to come save you from the boogie men if it hits the fan.

Nope - don't have a basement and I'm not "hiding and praying to be saved from the boogie man" in any other part of my house either. I also realize the commies aren't in charge - yet - but the internal threat of that ultimately happening is more real and more serious than it's ever been, especially given how many people the left has successfully dumbed down into thinking that communism is an attractive, viable alternative. There IS a simple way to head this possibility off well short of people independently having to take up arms, and it's called the ballot box. And if that means voting for "the lesser of two evils" then that's what it means. To me it's mind boggling naive and irresponsible to suggest blowing all of this off (because there isn't a perfect candidate to support) until it reaches the point of requiring armed insurrection as a response, which in all likelihood will fail miserably - even if the weapons haven't already been confiscated well in advance of that point in time.

Why waste millions upon millions on a loser scumbag like Paxton? If Cronyn had not hurt Trump's feelings this would be a non issue but Trump needs his minions to publicly bow down and kiss his ring.

We need to slap the piss out of existing Republicans and threaten to cut their gravy trains off or threaten to expose all of the dirty deeds they have each participated in. They all have skeletons in the closet. Most are losers that need to be purged anyway.

This Paxton/Talerico travesty is Trump's fault. To watch and listen to Trump try to sell Paxton to Texans is textbook Liar in Chief Trump.

Armed insurrection is a very real happening. These West Coast Nutjobs, East Coast Liberals and Government Teat Suckers need to be dealt with harshly and in a manner that teaches them a lesson. Heck I'm even convinced that a North/South solution is better for our country than living with these degenerates.

SECEDE!
