True story (and why I think much of Thai is bull****) I just left a company that implemented DEI polices. Over my time there, what I saw was an increase in out gay white men. I don't have a problem with gays. It didn't see more minority women or men. And white men got fired at a 70% clip.

It's why these white tears are funny to me.
