Just wait until some dumb driver tries to use one of these on a crowded freeway, trying to jump over parked traffic only to land on more parked traffic.

Or takes out some overhead power lines.

I hope there are lots of safety regulators (internal tech kinds) in that car to keep it from doing dumb driver stuff.

I think I read somewhere that it won't be legal on regular highways. Also the most advanced models, what we saw, are going to be very expensive ($250 to reserve one, not final price) and available only to a few select individuals.

I thought the demo was really cool. I wonder if variations of some of these features ever hit the real car market.

China is going to dominate and destroy U.S. auto manufacturers, but I suspect we will keep tariffs high to protect our manufacturers.
