Having first-hand experience with some of the impotent and laughable organizations funded by that supposed omnipotent Koch money, I can tell you the idea that they wield much influence beyond the MSM and liberal myth that they wield influence is pretty laughable.Crash Davis said:For what?Florda_mike said:riflebear said:

You would have loved the nazis. Don't need a valid reason, just lock up everyone that disagrees with us!!!
You're no different than the looney leftists that have convinced themselves the Koch Brothers are part of some big conservative conspiracy.
Very true. Most of the organizations they back aim to shrink the size, scope, and spending of government. If they had any level of influence whatsoever, the Republican Party would share those goals...but that certainly is not the case.MilliVanilli said:Having first-hand experience with some of the impotent and laughable organizations funded by that supposed omnipotent Koch money, I can tell you the idea that they wield much influence beyond the MSM and liberal myth that they wield influence is pretty laughable.Crash Davis said:For what?Florda_mike said:riflebear said:

Most think tanks are stocked with failed politicians that can't get real jobs or who's egos think they can influence policy in a semi lobbyist type role and by having op-eds ghostwritten in their name.Crash Davis said:Very true. You should stick to sports boards, which you have abit of a clue about because you certainly are inexperienced in political field
You don't have a clue about Soros obviously
Geez
Nazi my azz
Learn a little about Soros then come back and either back him up or curse him but don't be ignorant of him! Educate yourself where you're not ignorant about the man that shorts countries then works to make it happen as he does it to your own country right friggin now
God you're just another pie in the sky libertarian that thinks he knows everything
Know it all libertarians, in times like this, anger me as they act so intelligent
Another non-answer. Shocking.Florda_mike said:

Only people I want locked up are those committing treason against your country, and you hate me for trying to defend you and your long future
Don't blame me when you and your kids are ruled by Socialism 10-20 years from now, maybe less! I'm trying to stop it and Soros is a primary target that you're not aware of, yet!
Dude, just calm down. You throw lock them up around as much the the loonies on the left accuse anyone on the right of being racist. At some point all meaning is lost and the accusations just look desperate. Many agree with you that Soros is more involved than he should be and some of the things he funds are against your personal beliefs, but that doesn't mean he has commited a crime.Florda_mike said:

Again, there is a difference between disagreeing with someone politically and committing a crime. Some people on the left think someone like you is dangerous to "their future", or how they see America should be. But if anyone of them ever tried to lock you up because of difference of political opinion, they would have to go through me. And that goes for people across all spectrums. There is a fine line between disagreeing with someone and demanding they go to prison.Florda_mike said:

I don't think you understand the basic principles this country was founded on. I suppose I shouldn't be surprised...you once referred to the Constitution as a "PC piece of crap." And then the other day you questioned why alcohol isn't illegal, so the basic concepts of freedom and liberty are totally lost on you.Florda_mike said:

And contrario is spot on. You don't want the state to be the arbiter of what political speech is acceptable. It could be Soros' ideology that is deemed treasonous today...could be yours tomorrow.
Here is your quote about alcohol:Florda_mike said:Crash Davis said:I don't think you understand the basic principles this country was founded on. Do you really not fear Soros ideology??? Are you ok allowing it? Your last paragraph is dangerously naive or else you're ok just allowing our country destroyed with Socialism or much worse? Are you serious? I know you're a popular fella around here but imo your political thinking is childish and dangerous to the future of our country. You provide cover for those wanting to destroy our country(by allowing them "freedoms" to do so!) and your future and you have no clue that's what you're doing. You're scary to me
Could you please show me where and if I ever said the Constitution was a "PC price of crap?" Let's see the ENTIRE quote and what it referred to also. Sorry to attack your alcohol as needing to be illegal but I wonder what the entirety of that quote was also? You guys that can't stand me, like LIQ too, are often delusional in misquoting me too. You have no idea I'm trying to protect your future which some of you unenlightened millennials think you're totally aware of, but you're not I'm sorry to say. You're young and still forming your political expertise but unfortunately you think where you're at is absolute pinpoint correct. I've been where you're at about 30-35 years ago btw. I've had new info galore since then, which you continually discount. Whatever.....
You and contrario are defending Soros, as I thought you would though. Yes, in defending his "freedoms" by allowing him to continue to work hard creating orgs built to destroy the foundations of our country, you're inadvertently condoning treasonous activity. He literally finances orgs built to destroy people and property in order to allow fall of our country! Do you know that??? Condoning Soros is like Germans that stood idly by allowing Hitler's evil right in front of their faces as hitler was forming a he!! on earth. "All that's allowed for evil to prevail is a few good men to sit idly by allowing it" or some such is the quote for what you're doing and allowing! You're being passive like those "good" Germans!? Amazing, simply amazing. And you're attacking me for wanting to take your freedoms away, as you defend Soros, who you'd allow to take away all your freedoms except breathing and eating and he'd take those eventually, too!
Libertarians are full of grandiose but unrealistic ideas of "how things should be." You're being distracted as the left attacks our country from within as you have no clue, in your innocence, of what's even occurring. And all the time, your condescension of people like myself reeks of a youthful naive ignorance as you attack those, like me, fighting for your future and freedoms. In a way, your ignorance of current happenings, which allows left to continue to destroy us from within, is as dangerous as the left itself. All you're saying is we must continue to allow Soros his freedoms and never "lock him up!?"
I'm not afraid to speak against my enemies and I know who they are! Soros is top list enemy of our country and needs stopped before it's too late
For you to attack me and defend Soros speaks miles of your naivety
Shocking ...... and scary to me as you're able to communicate so well
When you have a strong leader who refuses to put up with BS in the name of social justice and political correctness...you end up with amazing results like this. Where Mexico agrees to help you.riflebear said:
