Pelosi looks like a morbid mannequin. I doubt she's been able to blink her eyes in at least 5 years.

A standard definition of obesity is a BMI of 30 and higher.
If Trump is 6-4, then 247 lbs would make him obese as that height and weight computes to a 30 BMI. I'd wager he weighs in that ballpark.
I've never felt BMI is a good measure. I'm 6-3 197 which makes my BMI 24.6. Last week, I was 200 which puts me at 25.0. A BMI of 25.0 is considered overweight. Sure, I can drop 10 lbs (and hope to lose most of that) but I don't feel nor do I believe I look "overweight". For 50 and over, I suspect I'm conservatively in the 98 percentile for fitness.
For a 5-10 person to be considered "normal weight" using BMI, the LEAST he/she can weigh is 129. That is frighteningly frail.

He want do this but, When questioned about Pelosi's comment by the press (and they will poke the bear to try and get a rise out of him), he should state something along the lines of "yes, I need to shed several pounds. We should all be familiar with Jalen Hurd. He is the same height as Trump, but weighs 230. According to the BMI bull****, that would put Jalen just barely under the "obese" label... total crock of ***** Are you saying that if Jalen Hurd gains 15-20 pounds he will suddenly be obese?
Obviously, just slapping a weight range next to a height means nothing. How much of that weight is muscle? How much is fat? There is a lot more to consider than just such & such a height and such & such a weight equals some stupid label.
