I really don't care if he is rich or Greg Abbott's drinking buddy. The big question is can he keep the lights on?

Thousands of new homes being built in Guadalupe County, Texas. I am worried about the capacity and the grid's ability to keep up.

Second, he made his fortune in the energy business so he must know something.
