So it doesn't matter what he does or does not do.

I'm in Miami on vacation. We come here pretty often.
My apartment rental was $1770 plus a bunch of fees so let's call it $2000
Rental car will end up being around $500
We went to Publix twice at $100 per for 3 bags of groceries

5 years ago I could spend a week here for like $1500 including airfare. We may top $5000 this week. So I don't believe the price of anything is down.

I feel you. Our trips to Water Color are way way more expensive than just a few years ago. May not go next year. I mean Water Color is nice, but not THAT nice.

I feel you. Our trips to Water Color are way way more expensive than just a few years ago. May not go next year. I mean Water Color is nice, but not THAT nice.

Houses here that were 650k fives years ago are like 1.8M now. It's getting so expensive that even the awful parts of town are expensive. Very much like California where people just move further and further away from city centers.

I read somewhere that prices have declined slightly from last year but still considerably higher than 2020, when Trump's policies were in effect.

The worst about higher housing costs herd in Texas is that some of it is because of people moving here from California. It's a double whammy: they are artificially driving up prices (increased demand & they sell their smaller houses in Cali for higher prices so can afford larger ones here) and they bring their politics with them.

When the market crashes we will buy another house. I don't owe much on my current home so we are just biding time

Good question. But the Ruling Class always exempts themselves from the rules they want to impose on the rest of us. They want to take our guns but live in gated communities with armed guards. They think we should drive electric cars, use public transportation, or walk but travel in private jets for meetings on global warming.

The fascists are evil and hypocritical.

He's definitely smarter than Biden, which is not saying much, and more dangerous. I'm not so sure about him beating Trump. Anyone paying attention knows he thinks much like Biden and would do much the same if he were president. The American people are not happy with Bidenflation, the open border, the Democrat-led crime wave, etc. I'm not sure if trump can win but I think he has a very good chance. People remember when they could afford groceries, gas, etc.
