Maga wants tax payers to give these criminals free food and housing instead of have the billionaires pay for security
It was the plan all along. Rob law enforcement of tax payer money and redirect to their own pet projects so they can line their pockets. When crime inevitably sky rockets, say "gee gosh whoops, we need more funding for police" but by taxing for more money. The original funds stay in their pockets. It was a grift from the beginning.Jacques Strap said:

At some point, these businesses will close up and leave town. The maggots will migrate to the suburbs since their feeding grounds have dried up. That is when California voters will experience some real pain. That might be good in the long run.cowboycwr said:Jack Bauer said:This is what downtown San Francisco looks like right now.

Sad it has come to that and the days of every store in areas looking like this or having those pull down gates/metal doors.
But this also does nothing to stop the people who run in during business hours to smash and grab.
Also, it won't be long until they start stealing saws to cut through them fast.
And the left will blame "systematic racism" for why there are no stores in inner-city neighborhoods.RD2WINAGNBEAR86 said:At some point, these businesses will close up and leave town. They need to not move to Texas, Florida, or anywhere else. Stay in the leftist paradise they created.Jack Bauer said:
I think the left is officially feeling it...
Burn down a car dealership, loot a Target - that's ok.
But smash a BURBERRY or GUCCI is unacceptable!!

Quote:
White House Press Secretary was asked about crime and attacks on police officers during her daily briefing, and whether the president still thought the pandemic was to blame.
'I think many people have conveyed that and also one of the ... root causes of crime in communities is guns and gun violence,' she said. 'And we've seen that statistically around the country.'
Fox News' Peter Doocy continued with his line of questioning
He said: 'So when a huge group of criminals organises themselves and they want to go loot, a store, CVS and Nordstrom a Home Depot until the shelves are clean, you think that's because of the pandemic?'
Psaki replied: 'I think a root cause in a lot of communities is the pandemic. Yes.'
So according to this administration crime didn't exist until the pandemic?Jack Bauer said:

FFS: she’s upset that the stores don’t hire private security. And you know that if they do and the security harms a robber, she’ll call it racism. https://t.co/bswAHBHvDH
