App not working. Deleted it with plan to reinstall. App no longer listed on App Store. Does it no long exist there?

Came here looking for answer to the same issue. Activated a new iPhone tonight and not able to open the app as it says it is unavailable the App Store.

Have same issue on phone? Works on iPad not iphone
