Under Armour Camp: Ethridge Notes/Thoughts OL/DL
Here are my thoughts on the camp and athletes as I remember themGot there around 9:20 as these are usually late I was rightStarted to rainWaiting on athletes, to exit the indoor facility we were not allowed intoWaiting, waiting, 11amDL comes out and OL follows themFirst time to see some of these guys and Kam Dewberry is now caucasion per the rosterTurns out it is the huge The Woodlands OT, Kaden Sieracki Each OL and DL get a repTop OL performers for me:Devon Campbell is not a prototypical tackle, but he's good, really good. I'm not sure he's 6-3, but he is a great prospectNeto Umeozulu is a prototypical guard with huge hands, long arms, and big butt to anchorBryce Simpson is large and moblie. He can play either RT or G, but you love his upsidePJ Williams is good, but slight of frame and build. Not sure how he'll carry the weight, but if he can, he'll be okNikolas Hall is legit. Underated. Baylor needs to get him and has a great chance. 6-6 and long and can move. Great find.Alvin Ebosele is 6-7 and has a huge future ahead of him. Baylor leads and it sounds like he could shut it down after an official visit, when they're scheduledHunter Erb is massive and I think he ends up at guard, but he'll move mountains if he doesCory Hendrix will play early at Kansas, but he's sort of a poor man's Jack Anderson. Not quite the athleticism, but can move you out of the way if he gets his hands on youCole Hutson had the worst reps of any OL. Looked lost.Jaylen Early is 6-3 and long armed and talented. Just not sure where he ends up in college at that height.Sheridan Wilson has added weight, but the level of play was above him todayIsaiah Robinson has a high ceiling and huge frame. Will be fun to watch him developCameron Williams is massive. Just massive and moves pretty well.Caden Kitler is a technician, just undersized at this pointReally would have liked to have seen Coleton Price here, but small school and wasn't invited. Harris Sewell went 1 for 2 on his reps and one was a whipping and he returned the favor in the 2ndKelvin Banks is 6-3 and destined for center or guard. Need to see him take another jumpMatt Craycraft got beaten his first rep badly and then was better his second and beaten againTop DL Performers for me:Walter Bob is an exciting prospect to see in person2023 Jordan Renaud is going to blow up further. High ceiling2023 David Hicks will also blow up and go wheverever he wants to go. He's got a great frame and explosionTrey Wilson won MVP, but I didn't remember him doing as much as othersDerrick Brown has skinny legs. Sort of Oakman like, but he will likely be a JACK for Baylor if this is where he attendsCarmello Jones was at DE and got held pretty good by a large Cameron Williams who engulfed him on the second repMicheal Ibukun-Okeyode is 6-6+ and give me that kid all day long. He's strong, quick, and huge2023 A&M commit Anthony James looks goodKaleb James will need to move inside at the P5 level. Great kid and sizeAshton Porter of Cy Ranch needs an offer if he doesn't have one yetErnest Cooper IV looked good. Long and lean with good/great first stepI'll take a Chris McClellan every day and twice on Sunday. High upside for him.Jack Curtis is intriguing as his best football is going to be played at JACK, but he measured 6-3.5 222 and made an OL look stupid (Hutson)Kristopher Ross looked good and he'd be great to add to Roberts inside. Decision date 3/23Jadon Scarlett had a great first rep and that pissed off his opponent and the second rep was a failed spin move and plantShone Washington won MVP and I don't remember himBear Alexander won a rep, lost a rep. I worry about his motor, but this is a camp and he plays better in games

National Average Rating

The National Average Rating is a proprietary formula that calculates an industry-wide aggregate rating for each recruiting prospect. The formula includes publicly listed grades, scores, ratings and rankings by national recruiting services, along with a SicEm365 rating. Combining the data provides a rating for each prospect, which is then normalized to fit the SicEm365 Rating 100-point scale.

The intent of this rating is to provide SicEm365 readers with a comprehensive snapshot of how individual prospects rank nationally.
