Grayson was the first full-time employee hired by SicEm365 in the spring of 2018 after graduating from Baylor in 2016 and then receiving a Master’s in sport management at the University of Texas in 2018. Grayson is a co-host of The Bear Cast, SicEm365's lead recruiting analyst, and a does a lot of the day-to-day editing as Co-Managing Editor.
