Analyzing the Commitment: Baylor Gets More Athletic at Linebacker

The biggest bright spot on Baylor’s defense this fall was the linebacker position, as both Matt Jones (Sr.) and Keaton Thomas (RSo.) earned First-Team All-Big 12 honors. Dave Aranda's move to defensive coordinator and linebackers coach was key in improving the linebacker position. The addition of Jamar Chaney was also big from a development and recruiting standpoint.
