Baylor out for a top 2021 OL
Baylor made Highland Park (TX) High School offensive lineman Jack Leyrer a priority for a few months after offering on March 16th. Back in June Baylor was in his top group of six but things have changed since that point. Interest in other schools such as Texas and USC to go along with his interest in higher academic schools such as Stanford, Northwestern, and Vanderbilt has cut Baylor out of his top schools. After talking to him this morning I can confirm that Baylor is out for him. Here are the two main quotes from him."Baylor just wasn't the right fit for me," he said. "I like the coaches and the culture, but I just feel like I fit better at other places."Not great news here but good that is ok. Baylor has made great strides in the recruitments of Jacoby Jackson and Jordan Moko while also still being in it for Jeremiah Crawford, Cameron Dye, and to a lesser extent Savion Byrd.

National Average Rating

The National Average Rating is a proprietary formula that calculates an industry-wide aggregate rating for each recruiting prospect. The formula includes publicly listed grades, scores, ratings and rankings by national recruiting services, along with a SicEm365 rating. Combining the data provides a rating for each prospect, which is then normalized to fit the SicEm365 Rating 100-point scale.

The intent of this rating is to provide SicEm365 readers with a comprehensive snapshot of how individual prospects rank nationally.

Staff Predictions

The predictions represent which school each staff member believes will ultimately sign the recruit, and the confidence meter represents his level of certainty in that outcome.
