Priority 2022 teammates visiting Baylor on Saturday
I talked to both Killeen Shoemaker High School 2022 prospects Khamari Terrell and Omari Evans today. Both let me know they will be attending Baylor's game against Iowa State this weekend. Terrell is a priority in this class as a cornerback. The staff is trying to address that position and he is the top prospect on the board so this is massive that he will be on campus this weekend. Athletically and physically he is built perfect for the Baylor defensive scheme in the secondary. Evans is a best available type for the class as he is being recruited as a wide receiver but is just an overall very good athlete who can play a lot of positions on the field. The staff has continued to stay in communication with throughout his recruitment. The leader for him is Penn State as he just went on his 3rd official visit of his recruitment there this past weekend, his other two were Vanderbilt and Rutgers this summer. He is looking to set up an official to Baylor soon as well and he is attending this game which means Baylor is still in on his recruitment. It is also key that he did not commit to Penn State immediately after. The two prospects will be coming to Waco together for the second time as they both unofficially visited Baylor in June as well. Most of the Baylor 2022 recruiting class will be in attendance for the game which will give them a chance to help the staff recruit these two highly-coveted prospects to help round out the class. These are definitely two names to keep an eye on going forward as they set up more official visits to close out their recruitment.Full list of visitors will be up tomorrow.

National Average Rating

The National Average Rating is a proprietary formula that calculates an industry-wide aggregate rating for each recruiting prospect. The formula includes publicly listed grades, scores, ratings and rankings by national recruiting services, along with a SicEm365 rating. Combining the data provides a rating for each prospect, which is then normalized to fit the SicEm365 Rating 100-point scale.

The intent of this rating is to provide SicEm365 readers with a comprehensive snapshot of how individual prospects rank nationally.

Staff Predictions

The predictions represent which school each staff member believes will ultimately sign the recruit, and the confidence meter represents his level of certainty in that outcome.

Example #1

If the predicted school is Baylor and confidence is set to “High”, then the staff member is saying “I believe that this recruit will ultimately sign with Baylor and I feel very certain about that.”

Example #2

If the predicted school is “Alabama” and confidence is set to “Low,” then the staff member is saying “I believe that this recruit will ultimately sign with Alabama, but I’m not very certain about that.”
