Around the Big 12: Horns and Sooners sit atop the conference
Five different Big 12 teams sit in the Top 25. Texas (5), Oklahoma (9), Baylor (14), Texas Tech (16), and West Virginia (24). Ohio State sits atop the 2023 rankings, followed by Notre Dame and Penn State rounding out the Top-3.

Note on 4-star OL Cayden Green
The Baylor staff continues to build a strong relationship with Lees Summit (MO) North High School 2023 offensive lineman Cayden Green. Eric Mateos has done a really nice job in his recruitment up to this point and Baylor's Christian values is something that has really stood out to him.The 6-foot-5, 310-pound offensive tackle prospect was supposed to take a trip to Waco on March 26th, as I reported in February, but that trip will not happen now.....Instead he will be cutting down his list to five schools on March 23rd.Baylor will be inside his top 5 and he is in the process of locking down a date for an official visit to Waco. Look for this trip to happen in the coming months and I will report it once the date is locked in.This is massive news as Green is a top 100 recruit in the nation and the top tackle prospect on Baylor's big board.Green's Current RankingsSicEm365: 95 (Top OT Baylor Offer)247: 92 (No. 70, No. 7 OT)Rivals: 6.0 (No. 29, No. 3 OT)ESPN: 84 (No. 90, No. 9 OT)Composite: 92 (No. 70, No. 7 OT)On3: 92 (No. 131, No. 8 OT)On3 NIL Valuation: $10.9k

National Average Rating

The National Average Rating is a proprietary formula that calculates an industry-wide aggregate rating for each recruiting prospect. The formula includes publicly listed grades, scores, ratings and rankings by national recruiting services, along with a SicEm365 rating. Combining the data provides a rating for each prospect, which is then normalized to fit the SicEm365 Rating 100-point scale.

The intent of this rating is to provide SicEm365 readers with a comprehensive snapshot of how individual prospects rank nationally.

Staff Predictions

The predictions represent which school each staff member believes will ultimately sign the recruit, and the confidence meter represents his level of certainty in that outcome.

Example #1

If the predicted school is Baylor and confidence is set to “High”, then the staff member is saying “I believe that this recruit will ultimately sign with Baylor and I feel very certain about that.”

Example #2

If the predicted school is “Alabama” and confidence is set to “Low,” then the staff member is saying “I believe that this recruit will ultimately sign with Alabama, but I’m not very certain about that.”
