Running Official Visitor List for June
I am going to go ahead and get the list I currently have up. I will be adding to the list as we get closer to the date but the staff is finally starting to schedule these so I thought now would be a good time to get it started. Remember this is a month out so the list will grow for these dates quite a bit and prospects may move around the dates especially since it is looking like it will be three weekends in a row.June 10-12Ridge Point NT DK Kalu Lone Star CB Jaylon Braxton Southern Lab (LA) CB Carl Williams IV June 17-19Dripping Springs QB Austin Novosad (Commit)Pflugerville Weiss WR Micah Gifford (Commit)Argyle OL Wes Tucker Stafford TE Hawkins Polley (Commit)HM King OL Justin Deleon (Commit)Temple LB Taurean York (Commit)Cy Ranch LB Christian Brathwaite (Commit)June 24-26Horizon (AZ) TE Matthew Klopfenstein (Commit)Free State (KS) OL Calvin Clements Billings West (MT) OL Jacob Anderson Mayde Creek CB Tayshawn Wilson Aldin Nimitz S Cory Huff Jr. (Commit)No Date Set YetTrinity Christian Academy RB Treyaun Webb Arlington Lamar OL Isaiah Robinson Atascocita NT Samu Taumanupepe Round Rock DL Ansel Nedore Cy Woods DL Terrance Green Killeen Ellison DL Brendan Bett Denton Ryan CB Chance Rucker Northwood (LA) CB Marjayvious Moss Lake Belton S Javeon Wilcox (Commit)

Baylor's WR Recruiting Focus May Be Shifting to Veterans
The staff continues to build the wide receiver room on the recruiting trail but it may not be in the way everyone originally expected.

4 WR's in the 2023 class?
I know Dallas Baker's tweet was mentioned but wanted to look at it a little more. Baylor already has one commit at the wide receiver position in the 2023 class with Micah Gifford but Dallas Baker's tweet was an interesting one when Gifford committed. It implies that the staff wants four wide receivers in the class.🐻😎😎😎 pic.twitter.com/hWoRhwYSFe— Dallas Baker (@CoachDBaker81) February 2, 2022 My guess at this time is that one of those spots will be a wide receiver take but the hope is that the prospect could play defense, specifically cornerback. The class could end up being bigger than I expected but taking four pure wide receivers seems like a lot since the staff has taken seven high school prospects in the last two classes.A class like....Ryan Niblett / Jonah Wilson Micah Gifford Mikal Harrison-Pilot Montrel Hatten / Cordale Russell Would be a massive haul and one with some good versatility at the wide receiver position and some upside for a potential DB to emerge from the group as well. Or if none do that is still an outstanding WR class. Lots of work to do though.

National Average Rating

The National Average Rating is a proprietary formula that calculates an industry-wide aggregate rating for each recruiting prospect. The formula includes publicly listed grades, scores, ratings and rankings by national recruiting services, along with a SicEm365 rating. Combining the data provides a rating for each prospect, which is then normalized to fit the SicEm365 Rating 100-point scale.

The intent of this rating is to provide SicEm365 readers with a comprehensive snapshot of how individual prospects rank nationally.

Staff Predictions

The predictions represent which school each staff member believes will ultimately sign the recruit, and the confidence meter represents his level of certainty in that outcome.

Example #1

If the predicted school is Baylor and confidence is set to “High”, then the staff member is saying “I believe that this recruit will ultimately sign with Baylor and I feel very certain about that.”

Example #2

If the predicted school is “Alabama” and confidence is set to “Low,” then the staff member is saying “I believe that this recruit will ultimately sign with Alabama, but I’m not very certain about that.”
