Baylor has been in talks with 2018 Texas A&M DT pledge Dominic Livingston for the last several weeks. Baylor has not offered, but when I spoke to Livingston yesterday he told me that they are very interested especially as he progresses this summer. Livingston says that he intends to get on campus soon. Obviously, Texas A&M is the leader (he's committed there) but based on my read of out conversation, he's open to hearing from everyone. Baylor is also watching TCU DE pledge Ochaun Mathis (Manor) very close. Mathis has told me that he continues to be interested in Baylor, but an offer would need to be extended to really get things going between the two parties. Four-star speedster RB Craig Williams (Crosby) told me today that Baylor's OC and RB coach Jeff Nixon has really picked up communication in recent days. He has always been in contact, but after his performance in the regional track meets where he consistently ran in the 10.4s. My take is that Williams is the perfect compliment back to recent Baylor pledge Stanley Hackett. His size is his biggest deterrent, but it's not something that's a massive hindrance. I'd expect to see Williams on campus in the very near future. Keep an eye on OL Branson Bragg (Crandall) as a potential offer from the 2019 class. He holds offers from Kansas, Texas Tech, and Oklahoma State in the Big 12 and will receive a visit from George DeLeone today. He has a lot of family in Waco and told me that Baylor will automatically be among his top group with an offer. Cornerback Trevon Moehrig-Woodard might be committed to TCU, but apparently, mom loves Baylor's new staff. If and when the NCAA issues are cleared away, this might be one to watch closely. Baylor is putting a little bit of a press on Tanner Mordecai to help combat his recent offers from Oklahoma and Georgia. Nothing to really discuss regarding it, but the staff isn't getting complacent thinking they are in the lead. The visit this weekend from Rafiti Ghirmai is what I would call "on his own." The staff is interested, but he is not a priority for them. The communication is there, but Baylor isn't necessarily pushing for him right now.

Big 2018 weekend visitor
2018 OL Rafiti Ghirmai (Frisco Wakeland) let me know a few minutes ago that he will take an unofficial visit to Baylor this weekend. I posted about this last month, but it's finally coming to fruition. This is big news as though I had not written him off completely, Baylor still looks to be in the mix.He has offers from just about everywhere including Alabama, LSU, Michigan, Oregon, UCLA, Texas, Oklahoma, TCU, etc.

National Average Rating

The National Average Rating is a proprietary formula that calculates an industry-wide aggregate rating for each recruiting prospect. The formula includes publicly listed grades, scores, ratings and rankings by national recruiting services, along with a SicEm365 rating. Combining the data provides a rating for each prospect, which is then normalized to fit the SicEm365 Rating 100-point scale.

The intent of this rating is to provide SicEm365 readers with a comprehensive snapshot of how individual prospects rank nationally.
