Duncanville Duo Update
- Duncanville 2021 LB Kendrick Blackshire is a name that was brought up in the chat this week so I thought I could try to get a bit of an update on him after his visits to Oklahoma and Texas A&M. Both of those programs are high on his list at the moment and schools that will probably get an official visit from the five-star linebacker. Based on what I have heard expect some SEC schools to be in the mix as well like Alabama, Georgia, and LSU. Baylor is still in play as he has visited there a few times, most recently in November. He knows Coach Aranda because of the many visits he has taken to LSU so there is already a relationship there that should grow as he is getting recruited more. I expect him to take a visit in the spring for Junior Day.- He went on the trips with his new teammate 2022 linebacker Jordan Crook, he is transferring into Duncanville from Bishop Dunne for this upcoming season. Crook was dominant at Baylor camp over the summer and a kid that I thought should have gotten an offer then but didn't. It appears that Baylor is still on him in a big way as they Coach McGuire talks to him daily. He will be visiting in March and is excited to see the environment and the new coaches. Based on the amount of contact, I would expect an offer to come soon or on the visit. Virginia tech , LSU , Georgia , Texas A&M , Washington , and TCU have been contacting him the most other than Baylor and he thinks Georgia and Va Tech could be close to offering.

2021 Recruiting Names to Watch
I posted this in another thread but I have been getting quite a few questions about 2021 guys so thought I would go ahead and post this on the board. There are plenty of guys who have been on campus and been getting lots of attention from Baylor. I'll go through and mention some of the top ones. There are more but this is a good list of guys that Baylor has been in for a while and almost all have visited at some point. Again this is just a preliminary list as camps and film will bring new offers and priorities.QBKaidon Salter Eli Stowers RBDarius Hale Camar Wheaton Jordan Jenkins WRBlaine Green Bryson Green Ketron Jackson James BlackStrain Oronde Gadsden II TEWeston Wolff OLBennett Pitcher Reuben Fatheree Matthew Wykoff Jack Tucker DLJordon Thomas Shemar Turner Dametrious Crownover Chris Murray E'maurion Banks Albert Regis D'Marion Alexander Tunmise Adeleye LBKendrick Blackshire Rejhan Tatum Marsel McDuffie CBAJ Green Mark Wilson Keuan Parker SJardin Gilbert

National Average Rating

The National Average Rating is a proprietary formula that calculates an industry-wide aggregate rating for each recruiting prospect. The formula includes publicly listed grades, scores, ratings and rankings by national recruiting services, along with a SicEm365 rating. Combining the data provides a rating for each prospect, which is then normalized to fit the SicEm365 Rating 100-point scale.

The intent of this rating is to provide SicEm365 readers with a comprehensive snapshot of how individual prospects rank nationally.

Staff Predictions

The predictions represent which school each staff member believes will ultimately sign the recruit, and the confidence meter represents his level of certainty in that outcome.

Example #1

If the predicted school is Baylor and confidence is set to “High”, then the staff member is saying “I believe that this recruit will ultimately sign with Baylor and I feel very certain about that.”

Example #2

If the predicted school is “Alabama” and confidence is set to “Low,” then the staff member is saying “I believe that this recruit will ultimately sign with Alabama, but I’m not very certain about that.”
