Strengths
Like a lot of the players Coach Rhule and his staff have recruited Zouzoua is a physical specimen. At 6’4, 245 pound with a 7-foot wingspan his frame is going to be an absolute problem for offenses in the Big 12. To go along with that frame he had seven sacks and four forced fumbles in his two years playing JUCO football so there is some production there to match it. I love the physicality that he plays with and he shows a very good burst off the snap. He has very good speed as well (4.5s hand time) since he is able to track down players in his film pretty consistently. His film and production got a lot better from Bridgton to Monroe College and from his first year at Monroe College to his second year. This makes his potential very high because he just keeps getting better and better with each repetition he takes and he is far from a finished product. He is going to be a fun one to watch these next two years.
Weaknesses
He had not played a ton of meaningful football in high school so these last three years have been huge for him as far as understanding the game and getting a good feel for it. He still has a ways to go in that department and from a technique and run stopping standpoint but to see his progression from one year to the next should be encouraging. I think it will take time for him to adjust but the good news is he is an early enrollee. Weight gain is another thing that he needs to continue to work on. He is listed at 245 pounds which is good weight but I still think his frame can carry more weight and I would love to see him grow into playing true defensive end instead of the RUSH position. He needs to weigh a little more to be on the field for as many snaps as he may be needed.
How I see him fitting in at Baylor
I think he will have to play a lot this year and he will have an impact rushing the passer. The Bears definitely need that out of him. I think he has great potential as well so the fact that he early enrolled will help his progression tremendously. As he gets more repetitions he will get better and better. I can see his role being kind of all over the place year one but I do think he settles at the true defensive end position at some point.

Physique, mixed with high upside, and solid production gives him a low four star rating. His game will not look the same this year as it will next year because I see a lot of progression coming for him just like he has progressed over these last three years out of high school. His technique is not refined yet and I think he has a lot of growth in the run stopping department still to come but the tools are there for him to be very successful at Baylor and maybe even in the NFL.
