Big 12 Power Rankings still unclear after week three of CFB season

The Big 12 was a solid 8-1 in week three, the lone loss being a guarantee regardless of the outcome with Baylor and Kansas playing. Kansas State is now in the Top 25, and West Virginia took down a Top 25 opponent in Virginia Tech. 

It was a relatively successful non-con run for the Big 12, but now the race towards a championship begins. So here are my conference power rankings entering week four and full-blown Big 12 play.
